Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund or a free reschedule. Within 48 hours, no refund will be provided.
Expedition bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation 30 days before the trip allows for a 50% refund of the remaining balance.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
